The tech called to confirm/schedule the windshield replacement, in between rainshowers. And he showed up to my work place, to remove and replace the windshield of our 2008 Toyota Matrix. Great communications, professional technician, that let me ask questions and take pics before, during, and after the windshield was replaced. And the pricing was equal to what the other local places charge, but their online reviews were better than the others, so we went with Glass Works Auto Glass, and were pleased. 🙂👍

Excellent experience with this company. Scheduled me right in, called ahead and asked if he could come early instead of showing up. Showed up and got right after it and had my windshield replaced in no time at all. The technician was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Seriously, use this local company!

I highly recommend this place. I came in for my appointment and I came and I thought about dropping it off bc they give you that option but I decided to stay and wait and they were done in a hour. This was my first time using this company and I had fantastic service! They gave me a great price to replace my front windshield. I called about 3pm and they came out the next morning to my work and took care of it in about 30 minutes. My technician was Wes and he did a great job - very personable and professional. I appreciate the YouTube video from the owner on the website and that this is a local company. Will definitely use them again for any future needs!

I love the customer service here. I purchased one of there top shelf Tsunami pieces. I did not at all feel pressured by the sales team to do so either. In fact I was offered a discount on my purchase that wasn't even asked for. I have also purchased smaller pieces of glass there and ALL of them I feel are fairly priced top shelf quality and I would highly recommend purchasing any of your glassware here with the team at Glassworx in Tulsa.

Significantly better price than the quotes from places near Norman. They answer the phone when you call so you are not talking to an answering machine. Very happy with the work done and appreciated the friendly customer service. Highly recommend and would make the 4 hour drive again if I ever need to.

Had my windshield replaced here after calling a bunch of other places. Everywhere else was booked up for a week or more and cost more as well. Glassworks set me an appointment for threw next day day at 12pm said would take 2 hours but it was definitely faster than that. And it was only $194. ID recommend them to anybody needing automotive glass replacements or repairs

I have many great things to say about this business.... from the initial phone call to the completion of service was only a couple of hours. Unfortunately, my car was broken into during the snow storm. They were able to get me in and out very quickly! The gentlemen taking care of my car were professional and courteous, and very personable as well. They even went the extra mile and assisted me getting my car unstuck fromthe snow as I was leaving. The service was great and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

Joe the owner really came through for me. Was in Tulsa for work, truck was burglarized in hotel parking lot. Called Glass works at 7:45 am. Had new glass in by 11:00 am and went on to work rest of day. Great guy that's been in the business 30 years. I highly recommend.

I phoned Glass works as they were the ONLY windshield repair that my car's local manufacturer, Nelson Mazda recommended. I left all my info and spoke with a woman who took my VIN and more. She said she'd call me back the next day, or the latest, Monday morning following my call with her. I never heard back. I phoned back later that week and had to leave a message. I explained no one had ever returned my call and left my information again. NEVER heard back....AGAIN. I called Nelson Mazda to ask who I call now -- they recommended I do a local Google search. Fantastic. I spent considerable time giving all my info to Glass Works and received ZERO follow up or customer support. As for Nelson Mazda - shame on them for their recommendation for their good customers and for not having anyone else on their list for their customers to use to take care of their vehicle.

The tech met me at specified location. He was on time, actually arrived before me. Very nice and professional. Tech was very efficient and clean. Did not have prints and smudges in my freshly waxed vehicle or the windshield when he was done. I live outside their service area but they met me in the middle so I wouldn’t have to drive into Tulsa. The woman on the phone was very nice and accommodating. The tech took about 15 min to install my driver door window (it was all in one piece and didn’t shatter into my door). They also price matched a competitor in town. Completely satisfied with their customer service.

Joe with Glass Works went above and beyond! I have used Glass Works many times over the years and I have always found their price, professionalism, and customer service to be second to none. I got multiple quotes for the rear window on my wife’s car and Glass Works was by far the better deal. Upon their arrival to my vehicle Joe with glass works believed that my broken window should be covered by warranty. Not only did Joe call the service department of the local dealer, but he offered to take my wife’s car to the dealership to get the window replaced since I was working at the fire station and unable to leave work. I am BLOWN AWAY by his integrity and service. If you are looking for any glass repair Glass Works is the best in town hands down.

I picked this company based on their reviews so they could repair/replace my windshield that was chipped on Sunday. WOW, am I very glad I did. Once the technician arrived he went straight to work and it didn't take him long at all. I was worried that the new glass would not look the same but it is an exact match. The tech was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, eased my mind and let me know if there were any issues to contact them and they would come out and fix it. Also, their price is very competitive which on top of the excellent service is awesome. I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers..

I had the pleasure of having Joe, the owner, come out and replace my windshield. The entire process was quick and simple. The website said to call or text. I sent a text and had a response within 30 minutes and was scheduled for the next day. Then, the next day I received a couple of texts with updates with an eta. He came to my business and did the work. Pricing was very competitive. I got 3 quotes and his was the best. Great price, timely, simple process from start to finish, and outstanding quality. Called the week before and set an appointment between 1pm and 4pm. I cleared my schedule to be sure to be at the house when they got here and took off work for that Wednesday. I call around 12:30pm to verify and was told that the job they were working on at the time was taking longer then expected and it would be closer to 4pm. Ok so around 4pm comes around and no one shows. I call and was told they were still running behind. Not once did they call me to inform me of any of this. By 4:45pm I left a voicemail letting them know that was needing to leave the house. At 5:08 I got a text message wanting me to reschedule. This is unacceptable and if you are going to schedule an appointment you should at least call your customer to inform them that you can't make it so the customer isn't sitting around all day.

My coworker and I have used Glassworks over the past 10 years and they have always been very courteous, thorough and professional from Debbie who sets the schedule to Jeff the installer. I called to check the price and install options on Tuesday and was asked if the windshield had a heat grid which I did not know. I called back on Wednesday with the answer and booked the install for Thursday between 10-2. On Thursday morning Jeff called around 9 letting me know he had finished the previous job and could come early if that would work for me. He assured me that if it wouldn’t be a good time for me then we would be there at the scheduled time. The earlier time was actually better for me so he came on and had my windshield installed and paid for within the hour. He gave me instructions regarding removal of tape in two hours and when the car can be washed. VERY PLEASED!

This company ROCKS. I have had a shattered window for almost 3 weeks and after trying 2 big name glass companies, I was still without a replaced window. I was quoted high prices everywhere else, and was told it would take 1-2 weeks for my glass to be shipped. I called Glass Works, and they told me they COULD OVERNIGHT THE GLASS. For much cheaper than their competitors. 10/10 service. I am now happily driving my car again, and will recommend them to everyone I meet. Wonderful repairmen, great customer service, and very timely. I am extremely happy I decided to go with this company for my auto glass needs. Can not recommend them enough.

Nate did an excellent job! He definitely knows what he’s doing. He fixed my car window the day I called, super fast, and even went out of his way to fix the regulator on the window motor...and also jump started my car for me! I am an owner operator truck driver. I called before they were open. Debbie called me back at 0800 am promptly and worked me in within 2 hours. Less than half the cost quoted from safelite. Also gave me a military discount. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing glass repair. Nate showed up promptly and the job was done quickly and professionally. Windshield was in and cleaned within 1 hour. Fast prompt friendly and priced right.

Glass Works was fantastic!! Needed a windshield for my 89 mustang. Called at 3pm to inquire about pricing. They had the lowest price of everyone at $150 and could get me in the next time AND come to me at no additional charge. Technician, Jeff, was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. Took about an hour total for removal and install. Extremely satisfied.

I had an issue on a Friday morning around 10am and my driver side window just stopped working. I looked around for window repair places and came across Glass works. They have a shop in town and also come to you to fix the problem. The prices are comparable to other companies but they come to you. I was told they would be here to fix my window between 2pm and 5pm that same day. They called me to let me know they were in the area and showed up about 3pm and got right to work. They were very friendly and efficient and got the job done in about a half an hour. Tiger was the employee who came to my house he was with another employee but I never got his name but they were both so friendly and trustworthy. I will recommend this company to anyone who has an issue like the one I had today. I feel so much better now knowing my window is fixed and will be able to sleep tonight. I will definitely go with them if I have any more issues like this in the future.

Glass Works is simply the best. I was taking my wife’s vehicle to get the oil changed and a rock from a passing truck put a small chip in the windscreen. I asked the dealership who they use for auto glass repair and the recommended Glass Works. I called while waiting on the oil change and they put me in touch with a tech with whom I met up with after the oil change was complete. They had the chip fixed in less than 15 minutes and it is barely visible now. The service was outstanding and the speed of service was well beyond my expectation. I’m so glad that I didn’t have to make a return trip to get the chip repaired. Thank you Glass Works!

We had a crack in our windshield that we didn't immediately get fixed and waited a couple months.(it made it worse) After finally having enough money saved up, I was looking for a good place to get it replaced. Thank you to everyone who left a good review for glass works!!! I was able to get it replaced the same day I called and he showed up within the time frame expected! Super professional and good work!!! The price was the lowest I was able to find as well, which made me skeptical about the service we would get, but it just added to an awesome job! Unlike other companies who charge extra to come to you, they don't which helped so much!!

My back glass was shattered on my way to work in the early morning. I called glass works and they were able to get me an appointment same day that afternoon and they were $35 cheaper than safelite who didn’t have an appointment till the next day afternoon. They showed up to my house on time and quickly had my truck fixed. Great company would definitely use them again and refer anyone to them!

The glass repair person arrived well within the window of when he said he would be there and got right to work on the minor windshield crack and charged me a very competitive price. The repair was completed in about half of an hour and I'm confident that the crack won't spread. He even made a house call on Saturday which worked extremely well with my busy weekday schedule. He was courteous and very helpful. I can't begin to say enough nice things about my fine experience with Glass Works Auto Glass. If I ever need to get glass on any part of my car fixed I won't hesitate to call them and you shouldn't either.

Joe was professional, timely, and polite! I went to a different place to get a my less than a dime size chip fix and it turned into 6in crack, I did sign a waiver knowing the risks but they quoted me an outrageous price to replace the windshield. Tiger and Nate first off called to make sure I was ready and then knocked out the replacement in less than 20 minutes! When scheduling told them I had an OB appointment and they worked with me to avoid any timing issues.From calling to schedule to paying the whole experience was easy, smooth, and efficient!! They were the first place that I called that I didn't need to talk to a computer before talking to a real person, and they were so nice and helpful! I had someone come out the next day to replace my windshield for a reasonable cost. The job was done very quickly, and no extra cost to come to me.

I was very pleased with there work. They did my windshield quickly, and efficiently! I was in and out within 2hours. There prices were amazing! Other places were wanting to charge me 50-75$ more then GLASS WORKS AUTO GLASS prices. They handled everything as if it was there car. They payed attention to every small detail. Such as the minor rust that was under my old glass. They brushed majority of the rust away as well as putting a primer to block the rust. I would defiantly recommend this company as there employees were helpful, friendly, and defiantly a company I will be coming back to for future glass problems!

A few months ago, I had a cabinet door fly out of a truck and bust my windshield. Glass Works was quick to come out and repair it at my place of business in Midtown Tulsa. Fast forward to 3/9/19- I was parked under a tree and believe that with the high winds something fell from the tree causing a small crack. I called Glass Works on Saturday at 3pm- I was informed that since I purchased and had the new windshield installed by Glass Works I have a warranty and that they do complimentary crack repair. I requested mobile repair for Monday at my place of business and stated I’d be there between 9am and 6pm. On Monday, the tech text me to say he was on his way (I think he called first and I missed it). He actually made it to my work before I did! Quick repair! Very polite and helpful. Will use for all my vehicular glass needs!

Glass Works was recommended to me by the dealership and I was 100% satisfied with their service. Scheduling the initial appointment was simple, the serviceman was clean, polite, and unintimitading. He even went back to the shop after I had requested the incorrect glass and still completed the replacement within the scheduled time window.

Very Punctual and Proffessional. Scheduled them to come by and replace my windshield during my company’s Christmas party. They did mobile installation with no extra charge. This caused me to have to inconvenience whatsoever. Incredible installation job! Will recommend in the future.

Great experience. Called in advance to let us know they were coming. Showed up on time. Price was cheaper than competitors on-line price. Very friendly service (explained and answered questions). Finished quickly, and gave me a discount on the already low price. Highly recommended.

Some low life busted our Jeep window out with a brick early one morning. I checked around online for quotes and was devastated seeing 300-350 dollar quotes. Finally came across these guys and they emailed me a quote within 15 minutes. The price was outstanding compared to the bigger companies. $200 less than the competitors. They didn’t even charge a fee to come to the house. Our technician was Joe and he was awesome. He gave us a call shortly before arriving the SAME DAY and did a great job. We will DEFINITELY be using Glass Works again for everything and I will recommend them without hesitation to everyone I hear needing glass replacement.
